Karen Hamilton has extensive experience in operations and management within the real estate and banking sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at YES! Communities since July 2007, Karen has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations during tenure. Prior roles include serving as a Real Estate and Training Consultant at Hamilton Realty Advisors, LLC, and Regional Manager at Chateau Communities. Additional experience includes being a Training Consultant at the American Institute of Banking and a Credit Analyst at Comerica Bank. Karen Hamilton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1986 and 1990.
