Dana Foughty, M. Ed., serves as the Chief of Staff at YES Prep Public Schools, where responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, co-managing Board relationships, liaising with the Executive Team, and designing strategic meeting frameworks. With extensive experience in program and school initiatives, Dana has held various leadership roles at YES Prep, including Managing Director and Director, overseeing significant projects such as summer programming and district-wide tutorial programs. Prior experience includes serving as the Region Manager of Professional Development at Catapult Learning, and district administrator roles at Fort Wayne Community Schools, focusing on professional learning and assessment processes. Dana holds a Master of Education in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.
