D'Juan Hych has extensive experience in instructional leadership and teacher development, currently serving as the Dean of Instruction and Grade Level Chair at YES Prep Public Schools since August 2014. D'Juan has supported up to ten teachers by providing continuous feedback and establishing a vision and goals aligned with campus objectives. Previous roles include facilitating professional development for a diverse group of educators, leading efforts to enhance classroom management strategies, and addressing achievement gaps through curriculum writing. D'Juan has also worked with Teach For America as a Secondary Humanities Content Facilitator and Professional Learning Coach, further demonstrating a commitment to improving teaching practices and supporting novice teachers. D'Juan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Jackson State University and a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
