Bill Carr

Bill Carr currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at YesCare since July 2022. Previously, Bill held the position of General Counsel and SVP of Criminal Justice Solutions at Softbir from December 2020 to July 2022. Bill's extensive experience includes roles as a Business Development Consultant and Vice President of Operations at Corizon Health, a Strategic Accounts Program Director at InterAct, and Assistant Secretary at the Florida Department of Corrections. Bill was also President and CEO of CMC Ownership, LLC and Correctional Management Company, LLC from 1996 to 2011. Early in Bill's career, legal expertise was honed as Chief Legal Counsel for the Indiana Department of Correction from 1992 to 1996. Bill Carr earned a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, completing studies between 1987 and 1990.
