Renee R.

Renee R. currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources & Equity Compliance at Yeshiva University since January 2016, overseeing talent acquisition, diversity initiatives, compliance, and employee relations, and is also the University's Title IX Officer. Prior to this role, Renee R. held various positions at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 2007 to 2015, including Director of Human Resources - Employee Relations & Equity Compliance, where responsibilities included managing employee relations and conducting Title IX investigations. Additionally, experience includes serving as an Analyst for EEO, Employee/Labor Relations, and Performance Management at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority from 2001 to 2007.
