Haley Taggart

Haley Taggart, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Operations Analyst at YETI, having joined the company in March 2024. Prior to this role, Haley gained valuable experience as a People Operations Generalist at Pocket Worlds, a rapidly expanding Y Combinator-backed company, from February 2022 to March 2024. Earlier positions include People Operations Coordinator and Jr. People Operations Coordinator at Austin Community College, where Haley contributed to the institution's mission of providing access to education. Haley's career began in the legal field as a Litigation Paralegal at Daniel Stark PC and as a Litigation Assistant at Stepping Stone School. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2017 and 2020.
