Iwona Gourley

Iwona (Ivy) Gourley is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in the integration and management of Workday systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Workday HRIS & People Analytics at Yext since June 2020, Iwona has previously held significant roles at ZEISS Group and Jet, where responsibilities included project management for global Workday rollouts, system configuration, and analytics. Iwona's HR expertise is complemented by a background in employee relations and performance management from positions at THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP.
