Martin Ding earned a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from the Beijing Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1989. Martin also obtained additional certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2009 and a Certified Quality Engineer from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2003. Additionally, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from Caterpillar Inc.
