Ken Yong Ong

Ken Yong Ong serves as the Group Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury at Yinson since July 2019, overseeing critical functions including cash and liquidity management, funding and debt management, investment management, and financial risks management at a leading FPSO leasing company. Prior to Yinson, Ken held various financial leadership roles, including Deputy General Manager and Head of Finance at JA Solar, where responsibilities included establishing a solar cell manufacturing plant, and Director of Finance & Corporate Planning at Basis Bay, overseeing financial integrity and multiple corporate functions. Additional experience includes positions at Rovski Sdn Bhd as CFO, Associate Director at CIMB, and Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Ken provided technical accounting and IPO advisory services. Educationally, Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
