Janis Ian Alisasis

Janis Ian Alisasis possesses a robust background in human resources and recruitment, presently serving as HR and Recruitment Manager for Ylopo since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing technical recruitment and leading a recruiting team. Previous experience includes a role as Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist at MyOutDesk, LLC., and various positions ranging from Program Supervisor at The Results Companies to Team Manager at TRG - The Resource Group. Janis also held operational roles at ICT Group Inc., specifically in outbound sales and customer service for major clients such as Bank of America and Barclay Card Services. An alumnus of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Janis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism.
