Pascal Mogavero has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pascal began their career at Accenture in 1999, where they worked as a Manager until 2006. Following this, they joined KALANE Consulting as a Manager from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012, Pascal worked at Canal+, holding various roles including Strategic Development Manager, Strategic Marketing Manager, and Services, Projects & Partnerships Marketing Manager. In 2012, they returned to Accenture as a Senior Manager for a brief period before joining Malakoff Mederic as the Vice-President of Customer Service and Digital Operations from 2012 to 2015. Pascal then moved to Hiscox, where they served as the Operations and Digital Experience SVP from 2015 to 2017. Since 2017, Pascal has been a part of the Ymagis Group, initially working as the Senior Vice President - Eclair General Manager until 2020, and currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of M&A, Strategy, and Operations.

Pascal MOGAVERO began their education journey in 1994 at École Polytechnique, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science and Fluids Mechanics. Pascal attended the institution for three years and completed their studies in 1997. Afterward, from 1997 to 1999, Pascal enrolled at ISAE-SUPAERO to further their education in Computer Science. Here, they obtained a degree named "Ingénieur."
