Ryan Ende

Ryan Ende has extensive experience in leadership, program development, and operational management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Graduate Assistant at the UB Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, Ryan manages the Leadership Coaching Certification program and develops marketing content. As a Nonprofit Board Fellow at Cradle Beach Inc. and Co-Director of Operations and Finance at YNPN Greater Bflo, Ryan actively contributes to nonprofit initiatives. Additional roles include LeaderCORE Student Assistant at the University at Buffalo School of Management, Wellness Coach at YMCA Buffalo Niagara, and Social Impact Fellow at Victory Sports Global Outreach, where Ryan developed a sustainable business plan for a sports program. Previous experience includes admissions counseling at Iroquois Job Corps Center and over 14 years in various capacities at YMCA Buffalo Niagara, including Program Director. Ryan holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo and an MFA in Creative Writing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
