Matthew Lam

Matthew Lam has extensive experience in customer service and aquatic instruction. As a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at YMCA Canada since February 2018, Matthew teaches swimming skills and educates patrons of all ages about water safety. Previously, as a Tearista and Team Leader at Chatime from June 2019 to October 2020, Matthew coordinated a team to provide efficient service and effectively addressed customer concerns. Matthew holds a Human Resources Certificate from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, completed in April 2022, and graduated from Agincourt Collegiate Institute in 2019.
