Kelli Stoffels Keetell, PHR has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Kelli started their career in 2009 as an Administrative Aide at the Texas House of Representatives. Kelli then worked as a Temp HR Administrator at frog design, where they managed various HR tasks and responsibilities in the absence of the HR Manager.
In 2010, Kelli joined Austin Ridge Bible Church as a Ministry Assistant & Database Manager. Kelli'skey responsibilities included event coordination, communication, and database management.
In 2013, Kelli took on the role of Payroll Administrator at Birds Barbershop, where they handled payroll processing and data entry, as well as provided advisory support on employee issues.
Since 2013, Kelli has been working with the YMCA of Austin in various roles, gradually progressing to Senior Director, People Strategy and Performance. Kelli'sroles included Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and Senior Director, Human Capital.
Throughout their work experience, Kelli has demonstrated proficiency in HRIS management, data reporting, event coordination, and employee support.
Kelli Stoffels Keetell, PHR graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development. Kelli also holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
