Kyle Carroll

Associate Vice President, Development at Greater Austin YMCA

Kyle Carroll has held various roles in the field of development and philanthropy. Kyle started their career as a Lead Records Specialist at Perkins Coie LLP in 2002, where they oversaw the management of client files and assisted with office relocation. From 2005 to 2007, Kyle worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Near North National Title LLC, where they maintained relationships and handled travel planning and correspondence. Kyle then transitioned to the nonprofit sector, working at organizations such as the Asian Migrant Centre in Hong Kong as a Research & Advocacy Assistant and the Asia Society in various development roles. At the Asia Society, they assisted with donor cultivation, managed grants, and supported special events. In 2013, Kyle served as the Director of Development and Admissions at Austin International School, where they focused on individual giving, community outreach, and board involvement. Kyle later joined the YMCA of Austin as the Director of Annual Giving and then as the Director of Development. Most recently, Kyle worked as the Regional Director of Philanthropy at the March of Dimes, where they were responsible for growing revenue through individual and planned gifts. Kyle is currently working as the Associate Vice President of Development at the Greater Austin YMCA, overseeing the organization's fundraising strategy and success. Throughout their career, Kyle has demonstrated skills in fundraising, strategic planning, relationship management, and grant administration.

Kyle Carroll completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre at Kent State University from 1998 to 2002. Kyle then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs at The New School from 2007 to 2009.
