Jesus H De Las Salas has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various sectors, with a strong focus on social responsibility and corporate partnerships within the YMCA framework. Currently serving as Vice President of Social Responsibility and Corporate Partnerships at the YMCA of Delaware since June 2018, Jesus is responsible for cultivating corporate partnerships and managing complex cause-marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Vice-Chairman for BLUE OCEAN SENTRA SEJAHTERA LTD, CEO of JHD Consulting, and multiple executive positions within the YMCA, including Executive Director roles in international and regional capacities. Jesus has a strong background in financial management, overseeing annual budgets up to $130 million, and has a solid foundation in community engagement, project management, and economic research, holding a degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
