Fran Bertotti-Metoyer is an experienced music educator currently serving as a long-term substitute chorus and general music teacher at Mcdevitt Middle School since August 2024. Fran has a diverse background in aquatic management, holding various roles with the City of Spokane since May 2015, including Assistant Aquatics Supervisor and Aquatic Facility Head Manager.
