Jackie McCarthy

Jackie McCarthy serves as the State Policy Lead at JSI and as a Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Boston while also holding roles as Public Policy Counsel and Consultant at Delaney Associates. Previously, Jackie worked at CTIA for over a decade, advancing through various titles including Assistant Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, where responsibilities included leading initiatives in connected life advocacy and representing wireless carriers before regulators. Prior experience includes advocacy leadership at the Wireless Infrastructure Association. Jackie McCarthy earned a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from Stetson University.
