Seth Lucas

Seth Lucas is an experienced leader in child development with a current role as Association Director for Child Development at the YMCA of Greater Boston. Over the years, Seth has effectively managed multiple after school and camp programs, directing substantial staff teams and developing valuable community partnerships. Significant accomplishments include increasing program enrollment and charitable contributions while overseeing a $1.2M budget. Previous positions include Project Manager at Project Adventure, Inc. and Associate Professor at Prescott College, alongside a coordination role focusing on challenge education at Hartwick College. Seth holds a BA in English, Theatre Arts, and Education from Hartwick College.
