Laura MacKiewicz

Laura Mackiewicz is an experienced professional in community engagement and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Engagement at YMCA of Greater Brandywine since June 2022. Previously, Laura held several key positions at LCH Health and Community Services, including Marketing and Communication Manager, where strategic marketing initiatives were led to enhance brand awareness and support for the nonprofit's mission. Laura also served as Community Engagement Manager, focusing on fostering community support for low-income residents through effective outreach and programming. Earlier experience includes the role of Outreach Coordinator at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission, where outreach efforts targeted youth and veteran audiences, as well as an Assistant Hall Director at the University of Delaware, and an internship at the Latin American Community Center. Laura holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Spanish Studies from the University of Delaware.
