Christine Crone

Christine Crone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public service and organizational management. Since January 2020, Christine has served as a City Council Member for the City of Waukee. Concurrently, since September 2011, Christine has been a Benefits Specialist for the Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives. Additional leadership roles include serving on the Leadership Team at the YMCA of Greater Des Moines since March 2010, and holding the position of President on the Waukee Parks & Rec Board from February 2018 to January 2020. Previously, Christine worked as an Investigative Assistant at McDonald Services and as Operations Manager at Echo Publications. Christine's career began at Farm Bureau Financial Services, where a role in Travel & Meeting Planning was held from July 1988 to July 2001. Christine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from William Penn University.
