Hanna Jones is the owner and sole consultant at Different Minds Software Consulting, with over ten years of experience in Salesforce implementations and optimizations. Currently serving as the Food Service Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Des Moines since February 2017, Hanna manages meal preparation and service for up to 140 residents. Previous roles include Senior Solutions Consultant at Ascend Technologies, where expertise in Salesforce was provided from January 2021 to October 2023, and Senior Solutions Consultant at Doextra CRM Solutions from August 2018 to January 2021. Hanna also worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Nationwide Insurance from March 2006 to August 2018, where application maintenance and user support were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes data entry at the University of Iowa from March 2007 to June 2015.
