Kathy McGillivray currently serves as Sr. Manager of Consumer Affairs at Kellanova, focusing on crisis management and leveraging consumer insights for product and promotion decisions. With extensive experience in consumer affairs at Kellogg Company, Kathy has influenced critical business decisions by analyzing voice of the consumer data, while also overseeing brand stewardship for multiple product lines. Kathy's diverse background includes roles in marketing and packaging at The Schwan Food Company, as well as group exercise instruction at various YMCA locations. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
