Gina Knapp

Gina Knapp (Boarman) currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City since July 2025 and holds a position as a School Board Member for the Blue Valley School District, where Gina assumes the role of President for the 2024-2025 term and Vice President for the 2023-2024 term. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis from March 2017 to July 2025 and various leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer for the Greater St. Louis Area Council of Boy Scouts of America and Vice President of Finance and Administration at Camp Fire USA. Gina's earlier career includes significant positions such as Director of Operations at March of Dimes and Senior Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BS in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
