Katie Vivas

Katie Vivas serves as the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Membership Experience at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City since November 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Membership at the Kansas City Kansas Chamber of Commerce and Membership Director at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. Katie has a strong background in operations and member engagement, demonstrated through leadership at various community centers and their extensive tenure at the YMCA, where responsibilities included managing budgets, overseeing membership growth, and implementing training programs. Katie holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Missouri State University.
