Natalie Steele has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Natalie started their career at YMCA as a Manager, where they were promoted multiple times over three years. Natalie then worked at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Natalie later joined YMCA of San Francisco as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, responsible for all communication channels and maintaining brand integrity. Natalie also worked at Crossmen Productions, Inc. as the Director of Development & Communications before becoming the Chief Executive Officer. Currently, they are the Membership & Marketing Director at YMCA of Greater San Antonio.
Natalie Steele has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Painting from the University of Houston, obtained from 2006 to 2011. Natalie also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Fine/Studio Arts, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned from 2011 to 2014. In addition, Natalie completed a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Art/Art Studies, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio, also from 2011 to 2014. Natalie further pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Colorado State University Global, completed in 2016. Natalie has additional certifications in CPR and First Aid from the Red Cross.
