YMCA of Greater Seattle
Jennifer Willows has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer began their career at Mercury Marine in 1992, where they served as an International Marketing Manager for two years. Jennifer then joined Brunswick Boat Group as a Marketing Manager for Mercury WaterCraft from 1995 to 1997. In 2008, they transitioned to the non-profit sector, working at the YMCA of Snohomish County. During their tenure there, they held various roles, including Grants Manager and Director of Development. In 2016, they became Vice President/Chief Development Officer, and later Senior Vice President/Chief Development Officer in 2018. Currently, Jennifer works at the YMCA of Greater Seattle as an Associate Vice President for Capital and Major Gifts, starting in 2021.
Jennifer Willows, CFRE completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Western Washington University, where they studied from 1986 to 1991.
