Mai Nguyen is an accomplished financial and operational leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the YMCA of Greater Seattle since October 2024, Nguyen previously held key positions including Chief Mission Advancement Officer and COO/CFO at Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington from September 2018 to October 2024, and Associate Athletic Director - CFO at Seattle University Athletics from January 2014 to December 2018. Earlier roles include CFO for the Puget Sound Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure and program manager for various initiatives at the City of Seattle's Department of Neighborhoods. Nguyen holds a Master in Public Administration focused on Urban Studies/Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, both from the University of Washington.
