Dave Bratcher currently serves as the Senior Vice President at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South since April 2022 and has been the President of Star Center, Inc. since January 2015, where efforts focus on empowering individuals with disabilities. As the founder of DaveBratcher.com - Leadership: ENGAGED, since May 2012, Dave shares insights on leadership development and nonprofit management. Additionally, Dave is a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team, and previously held the position of Vice President of Foundation Financial Services at West Tennessee Healthcare from 2011 to January 2015. Early career roles included sales at Barnhart Crane & Rigging and commercial production at The Allison Insurance Group. Dave holds a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Martin.
