Lucas Smith currently serves as Senior Manager in the Aquatics department at YMCA of Southern Interior BC, having held various managerial roles in aquatic programs in the past. With a background in Liberal Arts and English Language and Literature, Lucas has accumulated a wealth of experience in aquatics management, community engagement, and volunteer coordination.
