Andrea Lira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Andrea began their career in 2018 as a Sales Associate at Vans, a VF Company, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined the YMCA of Orange County as a Membership Services employee, a role they held until 2021. During their time at the YMCA, Andrea progressed to become a Membership Program Lead and later a Membership Program Coordinator. Most recently, they have been serving as the Membership Director at the YMCA since December 2022. Additionally, in 2021, Andrea had an internship as a Human Resources Intern at the Anaheim Family YMCA from August 2021 to January 2022. Overall, Andrea Lira has accumulated a range of experiences in sales, membership services, and human resources.
Andrea Lira pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at California State University, Fullerton, from 2018 to 2022. Andrea also minor in Public Relations during their studies. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Google Universal Analytics Essential Training from LinkedIn.
