Adam Kahrl is a seasoned executive in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads since December 2012, overseeing a $53 million association and its twenty-two branches, along with significant staff leadership responsibilities. Prior roles include directorial positions at the Greater Wichita YMCA, where Adam launched and managed two family centers and led district operations, and previous positions involving aquatic resources and program management in various YMCA facilities.
