Blayne Adams

Blayne Adams, M.Ed, MBA, is an experienced professional in education and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Department Head of Business Support at the YMCA of San Diego County since May 2022. Previously, Blayne held the role of Director of Partnerships at Easterseals Southern California from July 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a partnership education program, managing a team of subject managers, and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Earlier in the career, Blayne worked as an Enrollment Services Advisor at Ashford University, a Supervisor at Youth Consultation Service, an Elementary Teacher for the State of New Jersey, and a Behavioral Assistant at ASAPP Healthcare. Blayne holds a Master of Education in Education Leadership, Management and Policy from Seton Hall University and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from National University. Additionally, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Sociology was obtained from The College of New Jersey.
