Silvia Flores

Silvia Flores, M.A., currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at the YMCA of San Diego County since September 2021. With a robust career in human resources spanning over two decades, Silvia has held prominent positions including Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Freedom Forever, and Director of Human Resources Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at TrueCare, where significant contributions included renegotiating a contract that saved $1 million. Additional experience encompasses management roles at First Associates Loan Servicing, LLC, and PROTEC BUILDING SERVICES, where compliance and safety program development were key achievements. Silvia has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at San Diego State University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Behavior from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis on Industrial/Organizational psychology from San Diego State University.
