Yolanda Pitchford

Yolanda Pitchford, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in the YMCA and other organizations. Yolanda recently served as the Vice President of Membership and Analytics at YMCA of San Diego County. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Yolanda has also worked as Executive Director at Rowan-Cabarrus YMCA and YMCA of Central Florida. In their role as District Executive Director at YMCA of Central Florida, they achieved notable accomplishments such as 4% membership revenue growth in 2014 and 5% bank draft increase for 2015. Yolanda also worked as the Senior Membership Director at YMCA of South Hampton Roads, managing a membership budget of $3.8 million. Before joining the YMCA, Yolanda gained sales experience at Dominion Enterprises and Trader Publishing Company. Yolanda started their career as a Retail Business Manager and Territory Sales Manager at Campbell Soup Company, where they exceeded sales objectives and was promoted to the Advanced Training Program.
