Ashley Manz is a professional with a strong background in hospitality and event management. Currently serving as the Catering Service Manager at San Diego Mission Bay Resort since August 2024, Ashley also holds the position of Lead Assistant Planner at Stephanie Rose Events since November 2021 and works as a Studio Assistant at Yoga Box since February 2022. Previously, Ashley gained experience as an Event Sales Coordinator at Bali Hai Restaurant and briefly as an Assistant Venue Manager at Common Sense Events Inc. and a Front Desk Agent at Bahia Resort Hotel. Early roles included working as a Cashier at Maui Tacos Kailua and as a Barista at BEE & TEA. Ashley earned a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, specializing in Meeting and Event Planning, from San Diego State University in 2023 and studied abroad at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2022.
