Mr. Akira Uchida has abundant experience as a corporate manager in a global company in the material field. He was newly appointed as an Outside Director so that he can contribute to greater operational fairness, objectivity, and transparency with respect to supervision of management of the Company based on his wide knowledge as a corporate manager and wide experience in the corporate administration field centered on the Finance and Controller's Division.
