Previous roles include Sales & Marketing Director for the BU Industrial & Construction Tires and Supply Chain Director at Trelleborg, where Elio managed demand and inventory planning, customer order fulfillment, and production planning. Elio's career began at Iveco Spa with responsibilities in demand planning and supply chain specialization, complemented by academic qualifications in Supply Chain Management from SDA Bocconi and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
