Florie Dubeaux-Roman has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2009. Florie began their career at HEC Eurasia Institute as an Author. Florie then worked as a Communication Manager for Windows Mobile developers at Microsoft, where they were responsible for planning and executing various actions to drive developer engagement.

Following this, Florie joined Hennessy as an Ultra Prestige Brand Manager Assistant, where they gained experience in brand management. Florie later joined Kurt Salmon as an External Junior Consultant, contributing to consulting projects.

Florie then transitioned to CEMS as a Communication Consultant, where they utilized their expertise in communications. Florie also worked at CrossKnowledge, initially as an International Partnerships Manager, and then as a Presales & Onboarding Manager in North America. Florie eventually became the Head of Customer Service for North America, showcasing their leadership skills.

After CrossKnowledge, Florie joined Workday as a Customer Success Manager. Florie then moved to Mooncard - mooncard.co, where they served as the Head of Operations. At Mooncard, they played a key role in overseeing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Florie joined Agicap as the Head of Customer Success. Here, they were responsible for leading the customer success team and ensuring the success of Agicap's clients.

Florie's most current position is the Manager of Customer Success at YOOBIC, where they continue to utilize their expertise in customer success management to drive positive outcomes for the company's customers.

Florie Dubeaux-Roman's education history includes a Master's degree in International Management from HEC Paris, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Florie also pursued a Master 2 in International Management from Esade in 2010. In 2008, they enrolled in Shanghai International Studies University to study Mandarin Chinese. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Michelet from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles de Commerce - Voie Scientifique. Florie completed their secondary education at Lycée Notre Dame de Meudon from 2000 to 2005, earning a Baccalauréat in the Scientific field. Additionally, in September 2016, they obtained a certification in Management Skills for New Managers from the American Management Association.
