Cristhian Eduardo Vidangos Rocha is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in quality assurance and technical operations. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at Yoop since October 2018, Cristhian has been instrumental in selecting hardware for access control and ticket sales, as well as developing innovative solutions for mobile device access management. Prior experience includes key roles at AmpMe, FANS Entertainment Inc., Electronic Arts, Gameloft, and Bug-Tracker, where Cristhian established and refined QA processes, hired and trained personnel, and led initiatives across various platforms. With a Licentiate degree in Literature from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés and additional education from Université de Montréal, Cristhian combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to drive operational excellence.
