Yooralla
Sue Huffer is an experienced impact manager currently serving as the Impact and Footscray Community Hub Manager at Yooralla since March 2024. Prior to this role, Sue was with the Inclusion Foundation from July 2021 to March 2024, where Sue held various titles including Impact21 Manager and Acting Impact21 Program Manager, focusing on employment readiness programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Sue also led employment programs for adults with Down syndrome, aiming to foster meaningful employment connections. Earlier experience includes serving as the Virtual Programs Supervisor at the Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE) from October 2018 to May 2021, overseeing online learning initiatives. Sue's career began at Monash Professional Pathways, where responsibilities included managing educational program implementation and compliance. Sue holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate of Management from Deakin University, alongside a TESOL qualification from Trinity College.
