Brooke Hanford has extensive experience in marketing and venue services, currently serving as the Manager of Marketing and Venue Services at York Properties since September 2013. Additionally, Brooke has held the position of Executive Assistant to G. Smedes York, Chairman. Prior to this, Brooke worked as a Closing Coordinator/Fund Administrator at CapHarbor Realty Advisors, LLC, where responsibilities included preparing for closings of over 60 individuals nationwide and developing a tracking system for investor data. Brooke also held closing coordinator roles at CapHarbor Property Management, LLC, and TIC Properties, LLC, amassing significant expertise in closing processes. Brooke earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 1998 and 2002.
