Martin Kristiansen

Martin Kristiansen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Head of Reward at Yorkshire Water since May 2019, Martin previously held the same title at Drax Group and served in various senior management roles at TD, including Senior Manager for Compensation and Benefits. Earlier career roles include HR Programme Manager and Senior ER Manager at Lloyds Banking Group and Director at HBOS. Martin's foundational experience was gained at Cummins, Inc in compensation and benefits support. Academically, Martin holds a BA Hons in Geography from Newcastle University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Teesside.
