As the co-founder of Yorkville Advisors, Mark Angelo has guided the firm since its creation in 2001 to invest in more than 700 financial transactions and to reach a national value of greater than $4.5 billion. He serves as both the President and Managing Member of Yorkville Advisors and is actively involved in overseeing many aspects of the day-to-day operations from investment decisions and business development to deal structuring and beyond.

After earning his BA in Economics from Rutgers University, Mark Angelo was a securities trader with The Boston Group, LP and then he co-ran the Corporate Finance Division of the May Davis Group.
