Jeena Lakshmanan

Jeena Lakshmanan is a skilled People & Talent Manager currently working at Yoto, an interactive audio platform for kids, since November 2023. Previously, Jeena served as Talent Lead at Peppy from July 2021 to October 2023, where leadership of the Talent Acquisition function and support of the People function involved managing a team of four Talent Partners and significantly scaling the workforce. During a tenure at Streetbees from November 2019 to June 2021, Jeena led the Diversity and Inclusion strategy while overseeing global talent acquisition. Earlier experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Manager at Streetbees, a Senior Resourcer at MVF, and a Marine Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Ogden. Jeena is currently pursuing an Associate CIPD Level 5 degree in People Management from ICS Learn, alongside holding a BA in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of the Arts London.
