Hemantkumar Shukla is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in data protection, privacy compliance, and legal operations. Currently serving as the Head of Legal (AVP) and Data Protection Officer at Yotta Data Services Private Limited since September 2019, Hemantkumar leads the legal department and provides strategic advisory on personal data protection and regulatory compliance. Previously, Hemantkumar held various senior legal roles at Netmagic Solutions, Jeena & Company, Monginis Foods Pvt. Ltd., CMS Computers Limited, Gitanjali Gems Ltd, Rediffusion Y&R, Essel Infraprojects Ltd, Kamat Hotels India Ltd, and Popular Entertainment Network Private Limited, where responsibilities included managing legal compliance, contract management, and providing legal counsel.
