Matthew Croft

Matthew Croft is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in high-stakes interim roles. Currently serving as Finance Integration Lead (Interim) at YouGov, Matthew is instrumental in the €315 million acquisition of GfK's European Consumer Panel Services business. Previous roles include Director at MDC Interim Ltd, providing consultancy services, and Finance & Legal Workstream Programme Lead (Interim) at Kantar, overseeing a $30 million global carve-out. Matthew also led a significant technology programme at Phoenix Group as Programme Director and transformed IT financial capabilities at Arriva Group and M&G plc. With a background as Chief Financial Officer at Prudential Global Data Services and various leadership positions within Prudential Assurance, Matthew has a strong track record in finance operations and strategic transformation. Matthew holds a BA in Economics from the University of Portsmouth and further education from esteemed institutions including LSE and the University of Oxford.
