Chad Martin

Chad Martin is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and sales. Since January 2016, Chad has served as the Director of Business Development at Young Life, after transitioning from the role of Operations Manager. Prior to this, Chad held various leadership positions at ETA hand2mind from October 2007 to December 2015, including Vice President of Sales and Eastern Regional Vice President. Chad also contributed to the educational field as an Educational Sales Consultant at ETA/Cuisenaire and as an Educational Sales Representative at Childcraft Education Corp. Earlier in the career, Chad worked as an Insurance Agent at NC Farm Bureau and as a Teacher at Union County Public Schools. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Western Carolina University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
