Monica Catalano

Monica Catalano is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Vice President of Product Marketing at Young Living Essential Oils since November 2022. Prior to this role, Monica held the same title at Younique Products from February 2021 to August 2022 and was the Director of Global Product Marketing at Nu Skin from January 2016 to February 2021. Earlier in Monica's career, significant contributions were made as Director of Global Product Development at Smashbox Cosmetics from March 2007 to December 2015, and as Product Manager at Merle Norman Cosmetics from 2004 to 2007. Monica also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Account Manager at Porter Novelli from 2001 to 2004. Monica holds a degree from Utah State University, completed in 2001.
