Rick Anderson has worked in various roles in the industrial and automotive market since 1988. Rick began their career at Thomas Design & Engineering as a Project Manager and Draftsman, where they worked their way up to managing a team of people that developed steering columns for GM Saginaw Steering/Delphi Saginaw. In 1995, Rick moved to Stabilus as a Sales Account Manager, then to ABB Inc.- Robotics North America in 2002 as a Sales Account Manager/Project Manager/Consultant. Rick then joined Kendall Electric in 2011 as a Sales Account Manager, followed by ABB/Baldor Electric in 2012 as a Territory Account Manager, and Omron Automation & Safety in 2014 as a Territory Account Manager. Most recently, Rick has been a Key Account Manager/Application & Technical Sales at Youngblood Automation since 2015.

Rick Anderson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Spring Arbor University in 2000 and an Associate's Degree in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Baker College Business and Corporate Services in 1999.
